They were both professional and extremely hard-working, without Mark, we would have had a an extremely difficult time, negotiating our first time by in Dubai. But he made it so easy. I wanted to say how impressed I was with Ryan today, I made an enquiry and when he got back to me I had already potentially found somewhere. Unlike most agents in Dubai who don’t even respond after being told that, Ryan was polite, friendly asked me a few quick questions and sent me a few options (Very clear informative videos too) that really suited me well and said just let him know if my apartment falls through. I was still browsing the market anyway just in case, but I really appreciated that he was helping me even though it may have been a dead end for him. I think building a rapport is half the battle in sales, and kudos to Ryan for nailing that part.
