First time looking for a rent in Dubai, and to be honest it was quite difficult, the market here is completely different to what I am used to and specially the process after finding a olace to stay and signing the contract, the ejari is supposed to be easy to get but sometimes they will be really picky regarding the similarity of the signature, or they will ask for other docs out of the blue, but I get it is in order to protect all parties so it is fine. I do not know much about fam properties but Rizvie Hameed was really helpfull during the entire process : contract signing, ejari, dewa... and he even gave me tips where to buy good quality furnitures for a reasonable price and help me with getting the internet services, he really is an impressive real estate agent so if you are like me a first timer here in this big city and looking for a place to rent I highly advise you to get in touch with him.
