Nahid just wants to close deals, you can't count on her words. Make sure to check everything in the unit by yourself. She told me the AC units are completely serviced and clean but after I bought the unit I realized they haven't been serviced for years and I paid 2k AED to service the AC. I also asked her to keep the washing machine but after purchasing the unit I got the unit without it.
