I had a very disappointing experience working with Mohammad Jamel, the branch manager of the Dubai South branch. I originally reached out to fäm Properties because I actively follow the company’s owner on social media and had formed a very positive impression of the firm. Unfortunately, my interaction with Mr. Jamel did not reflect that expectation. After initiating contact and expressing serious interest in selling my 2 bed apartment in dubai south, he became completely unresponsive and effectively ghosted my messages for an entire week. When I finally told him that I was disappointed with the lack of communication and intended to share my feedback with management, he immediately responded saying that he had “forgotten” to reply. At that point, the response felt too late. When someone is genuinely interested in closing a deal, responsiveness and professionalism are essential. I would much rather work with an agent who is eager, proactive, and clearly motivated to assist a serious buyer. I wanted to share this feedback because it does not align with the reputation I believed the company had, and I hope it helps improve the client experience going forward.
