I just had the worst experience with Fam agent called Mazen. He has clear anger issues, very rude, shouting on my old mother and myself, threatening behaviour, just unbelievable. Never had such experience in Dubai. He is a young lad with a long career ahead and I am very much concerned. He needs to have counselling with anger management as he was shaking and shouting, simply because I asked the tenant directly if he is vacating the flat next month, as “alleged by Mazen”, which is my right as the tenant did not have a clue about anything and clearly doesn’t want to move out. So simply AVOID this junk ❌❌❌❌
