This is the second time I am giving feedback about Howard as he continues to exceed my expectations. Its been 3 years since I used his services to rent an apartment that I continue to live in. A week ago I needed some major repairs done and since it was late the in evening and the FAM offices would have been closed, I got in touch with Howard. He not only gave me advice on how to go about contacting the owner with regards to the repair, but also spoke with his colleague to get me the owners reps number. Thanks to him I was able to get everything sorted quite late in the evening without having to wait till next morning. He then continued to follow up with me, until the repairs were taken care. Howard was able to transform my view towards such matter.
