Poor service from the start. As soon as you pay comission to them for literally opening the door of an appartment the agent dissapears. I was promised a professional clean when moving into my new rental appartment last year and found a glass filled with used cigarettes in the drawer. Additionally when the property was sold I was told everything was very urgent and complied with their timelines. As soon as it was sold I had to go back and forth fighting with the new owner about the return of my deposit of which he had nothing to do with. Even though I was promised it would be smooth. The two agents who were very poor at their jobs were Osman silla and eugine. Stay away
