I inquired about a property in sports city with the agent, Athar Abbas. Since I will be coming to UAE next month, I asked my friend to help me out in viewing the property as he lives in the same building. When my friend reached out, he told him that "the owner isn't interested in renting out the unit to certain nationalities and has preferences".
