- Me and my husband have just recently rented an apartman in Marina Residences on the Palm. Generally speaking viewing of the apartments and communicating with different agents can be a real headache. At this time it was really enjoyable, thanks for their property advisors INES, ANNAMARIE and JAMES. They have been an excellent support, always considering our needs. They were available when needed, behaved friendly and professional at the same time. They were well informed regarding of the apartment, facilities etc. Upon asking Ines if their is any selective garbage collection near by, she promptly send me a video about this facility and explained its location.
