Fam properties is very professional and trustworthy. Great service I highly recommend dealing with them.They have one agent called Aboubakar, an amazing and very helpful person. He coincidentally happened to be helping me and also couple of my friends in different properties and we all shared the same view about him. He will go out of his way to help; like answering our questions even in the middle of the night and early mornings (Whatsapp, phone calls) even when our questions are sometimes silly, and being accurately on time waiting for us to show us properties. Aboubakar made it feel like it’s not just about the agency fees, but he made it feel like a real service. He would truly negotiate with landlords to try and reach a common grounds between them and tenants. I would recommend asking for him particularly when dealing wit Fam Properties.

I would like to take time and appreciate one of the agents-Aboubakar Mefire. From the moment I contacted him regarding the apartment-I knew I was going to team up and rent only from him,the reason being: -first he listened to my situation and expectations and gave me clear picture of what is acheavable,what to do and how to do it. -if I had any questions,they were answered ASAP -even during the moving process he was coming to the apartment to check up on me if everything is ok. I looked at a lot of apartments and spoke with a number of agents before I met Aboubakar, and I can say that he was the most professional and friendly of everyone I met. Throughout the process there was consistent communication and support, without any of the pressure or invasive messaging I'd experienced with other realtors. He found the perfect apartment for us and stayed in contact until we had everything we needed to really settle in. The only note I'd have is that it would have been nice to have gotten everything for the apartment right when we moved in (we had to wait a few days for the key cards), but that can easily be corrected by taking inventory when a tenant moves out and planning ahead a little. :) I don't plan on moving again any time soon, but if I need another place in Dubai I would contact Aboubakar first, and I'd be happy to refer anyone to him in the future.
