The reason for the 4 stars is because FAM levies a fee called Sales progression fee which is a fancy way of charging more money. For this fees, they help us in registering for DEWA & Empower. Honestly speaking the brokers from FAM are professional enough to help us regarding small things like this. There is no need for a special team to handle and charge customers. Overall good experience dealing with FAM.
